Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that your sister in Law is forcing your father to transfer the rights of his property in her name by making false allegations and blackmailing, it is therefore suggested that she has no rights in that property if it is self owned property and secondly if she is forcing and blackmailing your father then let him go and make a police complaint against her.

in such circumstances, your father can take action against your Sister In law as per senior citizens act and to safeguard the property of your father, your father can execute Will wherein he can mention the beneficiary of his credits and belongings.
in the senior citizens act Court can restrict your Sister In law to not to trouble your father for the same.

It's very important to make it clear whether property belongs to your father or its ancestry. If it is self acquired property then she can't claim it as right and your father can execute will. In such situation he can protect his asset.
