Family problems where my father is trying put fake alligation

Which is the case I need to do in law ,where some third party outside my home trying to destroy my family by enticing my father and putting fake allegation on my mother about my mother sleeps with some one

There are a few things which can be done in this situation. One you can lodge a criminal Defamation case against the accused person(s) before the Jurisdictional Magistrate or you can file a 144(2) crpc seeking restraining orders against the perpetrators from the Magistrate.
