Family problems in girlfriends home

My girlfriend, 21, faces abuse at home. After failing exams in the UK, she wants to study in India. Her parents oppose this and mistreat her, even calling her names. She wants to live with me in Bengaluru where I work as an interior designer, earning over 40K/month. How can she leave without her parents filing a case against us? Urgent help needed.

as he being a major, she can take decision according to her own plan which cannot be challenged by her parents. so if she desires to continue her education in India l, she can very well come to India and shall continue with her studies. there is no legal bar in that
