family problem regarding love marriage

I am aboy of 25 years and from rajput family and the girl isof 23 years ,she is also from a rajput family. we both want to marry and belongs to rathore only. Can we marry in court like court marriage . is it beneficial for us .because my family is ready for it but the family of a girl is not redy
in Rajasthan if you apply for court marriage or Arya Samagmarriage notices to parents are sent .If they give their permission for marriage then certificate of marriage is granted if they do not object the marriage after receiving the notices then also certificate of marriage is granted.For further detail if required pl contact me on my mobile no 9414031202

You can very well get married because law do not prohibits that and its solely your wish to Marry anyone you want. There cannot be any other thing in it. You can get married in Arya samaj and them submit things for registration.
