Family problem and it leads for separation of my marriage life

I'm currently living with my husband but none of my or his family knows that we are together. Bcoz few months back we had an issue and so we decided to stay separately until tha problem settles. But my husband wanted me to be with him and so he called and I was with him till then and none knows about that. And within few days he started telling that we can separate but he is still with me. But he is not even ready to move out or live with me. Mother in law has role in this. What can I do now?

If you both not interested in the marital relationship you together can file a petition for divorce on mutual consent. If you don't want to break the relationship and want to live separately for sometime you can file a petition for judicial separation.
