Family members not cooperative to equal settlement

For inherited property if my siblings cannot come to an agreement and are causing unnecessary delays and not cooperating to disposing off the property, can I sell it off without their consent and pay them their rightful shares? Purpose is not to cheat but in the absence of their cooperation it is stuck.

if you have katha in your name regarding the property than you can sell without there concent but later than claim or thay can file case so you have settle there share later only the property katha in your name and buyer agrees than only
