Family Member Certificate for Government Employees

My maternal grandfather retired as a government employee from Civil Services Telangana. He recently passed away in June 2023. He has a wife and 3 daughters. Only the wife and first daughter are alive. We applied for family member certificate through Mee Seva. After verification from the revenue office, the family members certificate was issued. But in the family member certificate only the surviving family members were included and the deceased daughters were not included. Is this a valid FMC?
When in doubt. File an RTI at the district collector office. Moreover, tomorrow is Monday District Collector will be available to hear the grievances in person from 10:30a.m . All MROs will be present either in-person Or through online video call. So you will get an authorized answer.
