Dear Sir, my sister husband doing very misbehave with my sister, he is doing betain, tourcher, and abuse daily but she is not reply also her two son betaion her, what to do we are not able to court case bear so if we wish to bring her with us whatvto do,
B'cos My he told if you go with your father home, you give me divorce.
Please suggestation what to do.

If you want to have your sister at your home and still sister don't want to give divorce, then just bring her home. But, then husband of your sister may file a case of divorce against her. Your sister will have to fight the divorce case.
But, if your sister is ready to get divorced from her husband, then just bring her home and file a case for divorce by mutual consent after one year.
