Sir Meri shaadi Bareilly mein love marriage hui thi Mere husband Mujhse Umrah mein chote hai Meri shaadi Pehle b Ho Chucky thi mere husband Ko Sab Kuch Pata Tha in ki family ko Main pasand nahi Hoon Meri shaadi ko 8 year ho Ho chuke hain Meri sab kehte hain ki catia ki Tune Meri ladki ko pata hai Main Tujhe andar kara Dungi Ghar Se nikalne ki dhamki Deti Ha mere husband ko Mujhse Shaadi karne se pehle Mere baare mein sab kuch Pata Tha Main usse koi bhi baat nahi chup it Meri Kya Galti Hai is ghar par Mera Koi haq nahi plz answer
You have not held that whether you are divorced or not. May you also please know that in India one cannot remarry till he/she get divorced from the earlier partner. In case you are not divorced, you are still wife of the earlier husband. You also held that your present husband know the background, in this respect even he can be charged of adultery by the former husband.
You can on the other way take recourse under the DV Act against your present husband.
