Hello, this is regarding my aunt's marritial life. Uncle harrases her psychologically a lot. Sometimes he even physically abuses her and children. He does not help them financially either. My aunt have to earn their living. When she has asked for a divorce he is denying and refraining from financial help to them. They stay in a remote area. My aunt is worried about her children's future, their marriage, how will she manage everything alone, etc.
Could you please advice what could be the right step for this situation?
she can file 3 different cases against her husband
Domestic violence
maintenance
Divorce contested
the husband has to maintain his wife and children and cant run away from his responsibilities
