family issue of mother caring & illegal trf,of property

sir,we jain fly3 legal heirs me,1elder brother married staying separate& 1 younger sister staying with muslim boy friend in our home..,father is dead,mother having memory loss 86 years...sister thrown me & mom outside home7 yrs back in nov.2017 by deadly attack on me & mom.after 3 years brother's wife suddenly enter our(me & MOM)saying she need mom for pooja & took mom & captured her...after that they not alowed me to meet/talk.bro,& sis,trf,two prop.in their name taking mom memory loss benefit
