Family Issue, My Father Sent Me And My Mom Out

Hi, i am shruthi 20 yeara old,will come straight to the point. My father is having an affair to hide that he forced my mom to consume alcohol amd she became addicted now she is fine...but he has sent my mother out due to fighting...he was trying to kill her..ext he fought with me, scolded me, bet me and sent me also out...ow we came out and staying in rent house...problem is my father had bought the lady to whom he had affair and staying with her since 3 days...we dont know what to do..even police are not taking any action against it because my father bribed them...we dont know what to do..we are in big problem..even for maintaining ourself has become difficult but my father is enjoying himself and nobody is taking care of that

Hi....in the first instance u can file a case for maintenance by that you can claim from your father to pay regular or lum sum maintenance to you and your mother to lead theire life after getting the maintenance you mother can file Domestic violence case against him.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Your mother being a legally wedded wife of your father can protest and bring him to terms by filing different cases including DV case seeking following reliefs, if you approach my office I can convince you more.

HENCE THE APPLICANT HUMBLY PRAYS
1. to take cognizance for the offence punishable u/s 498A IPC and punish Respondent1 to 3 as per law and extend police protection to the deponent,
2. Pass orders u/s 19, based upon S.17, granting separate residence for herself and her three children at a monthly rent of Rs. 20,000/- and advance of Rs. 5,00,000/-.
3. Pass orders u/s 18, in totality against Respondent1 to 3,
4. Pass orders u/s 20(i) granting Rs.25,000/- per month as maintenance for applicant and maintenance at the rate of Rs. 5,000/- each per month to her three children.
5. Pass orders granting Rs. 5,00,000/- for setting up house hold requirements, in granted residence, to make it livable, as the applicant cannot return to the house of Respondent1 as he is residing in the house of respondent No. 3, which is legally prohibited,
6. Pass orders granting litigation expenses of Rs.1,00,000/- as the applicant made to wander from pillar to post for getting legal aid to attend the Hon’ble Court, whereas, the Respondent1 falsely filed Divorce Petition.
7. The applicant also filed interim application supported by affidavit u/s 23(1) and (2) of D.V.Act,
8. That any other order/s, this Hon’ble Court deems fit, to meet the ends of justice, be passed.

Hi please file a complaint in the jurisdictional court to instruct police for proper action and filing of FIR by then on the basis of your complaint. This will help to get your issue resolved and proper advice shall be provided to your father through counselling or meditation from court.

You must file a complaint under domestic violence and by way of IA you must claim the possession of Home for you to live. You can also file a criminal complaint under s498a of IPC and police will look into the matter.
