Family harassment by younger sister

Hi Sir, I have case like below: My younger sister is torturing my mom and us for personal reasons. She is beating my old mother.I stays out of Bangalore.She threaten to sucide to put us in problem. Please advise legally.

yes your mother can file a case in police station stating all the above facts the police may call her and warn her if she does not change then take legal action or ask your mother to stay seperate so that she can stay happily.

Hi, with regard to your query I suggest you to first record the behavior and torture applied by your sister on your mom. File a Police Complaint on the note of suicide threating. Once the FIR is registered and matter is brought to the notice of the court you may produce the available proofs and seek help of the court to get the medical treatment by remanding her in a de-addiction center which treats neurological disorders such as NIMHANS.
