Family dispute between father in law. Because mainly for my baby,

My husband's family sets a limit in how many days i have to come back to my house. nAnd they don't value my opinion on my baby.Will the child be handed over to the mother in case of divorce. Currently my baby is months.

There is every chance for getting custody of your child. The custody of a baby should be given to the mother... whether any divorce case is pending before any court ?? Is the child a boy or a girl?? provide the details of child... for more details contact me.....
