Q: Helping with a divorce advice from a female advocate

Can you suggest a female advocate. I am comfortable sharing my problem with a female advocate. I am in the UK but basically from Kottayam. I need advice how to proceed a divorce from the UK.

This is my second marriage, my husband was having affair before marriage which I caught after marriage as it continued. My parents gave some gold ornaments to me during marriage, for mutual divorce they agreed to give us that back, but we also gifted a bracelet to my husband and 5 lakhs as marriage and other expenses also, apart from all this because of his cheating it lead me to mental depression was under sleeping and anti depressants pills. Q: How to file divorce when husband is not willing to have mutual divorce

I want to file divorce against my husband as i m not able to have physical relationship with him. He is not willing to give me divorce.

Hi Sir,\n\nI have been married for 7 years with a 4-year-old son. There have been many issues in our relationship and we went to many counselors for help. My husband is not ready to make any changes as per what the counselors suggested but blames me for the marriage failing. Now he wants mutual divorce. He threatened me saying if I don\'t agree, he will file contested which will be traumatic. What should I do? I don\'t want to divorce him but try and work this out for our daughter\'s sake.
