False Promise of marriege - what legal action can i take against him ?

I am in a relationship with a married man who told me that he will divorce his wife. And he also gave me false hope of marriage, he also aborted my child. Can I take any legal action against him?

Dear Madam, You may lodge complaint against such person you had cheated but you must say that you do not know such first marriage otherwise it may back fire. If you agree that you are in relationship with a married man and forcing him to get divorce from his first marriage then it is an offence. Face the situation wisely.

yes you can file a case of cheating and rape against him in police station as he had relationship with you on promise of marriage and get him arrested, you have to file a complaint by visiting the police station where he had sexual acts and promised to marry you.
