False ipc 376 against husband's father whose age is 69 years

If Wife filed false FIR against husband and his family members under section 498A( husband ,his mother and father, his sister and his brother in law) 377 (against husband) 376( against husband father aged 69 years.but police filed chargesheet only in 498 A against husband his mother, father.
Police removed the sections 376,377 and sister, brother in law under 498A.
Then my question is what counter cases can be done against husband 'wife by husband ang his famliy.
