My sister in law is harrassing her in laws to file a false domestic violence n dowry case on thm. Evn aftr lot of fights n living with in laws fr past 4yrs she left the house but still she threatenes them to file complaint. My parents already filed FIR against her mentioning tht she is harrassing thm for false cases. Please advise wht to do in ths case.

In this case it is advisable that you should probably get anticipatory bail for securing from arrest.
Further your brother can file divorce application under the ground of cruelty that she is abusing the process of law.
