False cases against husband to torture and claim money

My wife's parent married their daughter with me just to show society that she got married but in reality their they want to keep their daughter with them, immediately after marriage she started living with her parents away from me for more than 1000km leaving me alone without any communication and tried their best to force me to go for divorce but I never thought and somehow managed for 8 years but now they started filling false cases and now not living with me since 3 years. I need help here.

Hi Good Afternoon, As you mentioned that your wife is not live with you since very long time. if you still want to stay with her then file restitution of conjugal rights case against her. where court will pass order to stay with you. secondly if she trying to put false cases against you like domestic violence and section 498a then put your reply and stand with the evidence. for more details and querries then contact us and visit our website.
