Hello mam,
After going through your query I am, therefore, of the opinion that the Indian Contract Act, 1872, does not apply to a marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Section 12(1)(c) of the Hindu Marriage Act does not speak of fraud in any general way or of every misrepresentation or concealment which may be fraudulent. A person who freely consents to a solemnization of the marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act with the other party in accordance with customary ceremonie, that is, with knowledge of the nature of the ceremonies and intention to marry, cannot object to the validity of the marriage on the ground of fraudulent representation or concealment. Thus it is not a fraud or concealment upon which you can go for divorce in the court of law if you still want to finish this marriage you can file a divorce petition in the family court with your reasons although the court will proceed for an alternate way of mediation in the mediation centre to get your issues resolved so try getting your issues resolved through giving your marriage time and fill the gaps with full efforts on your part on personal level
I hope this advice helps you in a better way

Try to reason out the matter with your husband... call him treat him nicely..... tell him your ambitions and scope and the betterment of the family... if still he does not behave properly,,,,, initiate legal action
