Extra martial affair of husband with her co worker

My marriage completed 8 yrs i have two kids and now My husband cheated on me from last 5 months. Still he is in her touch but he said he finished his affair. That women is very low started as labour class she abused me on my husband's phone and threatened me also that she ll through me from my residence she her husband send me a threatening video i have that video and her voice recording of all conversations
and call details of my husband's number. so i would like to punish her legally husband ll punished by my family but what about that women
And in laws also not supporting me they are happy with his son's affairs bcz of my father not gave him anything as a dowry they never at my son's birth time.
Hello if there is threat from the lady you can file a complaint to police against her and show the evidence video. Further if there is demand of dowry and domestic violence you can file a separate complaint to women police station or area magistrate. you also have a right to residence and maintenance from your husband.

You can file the case against the perosn who demand the dowery and threatened you. If you want to divorce with the husband u can file the case against the husband. And proof the demand of the dowery
