Now Bangalore court has given exparte divorce with 15lakh permanent alimony to her. Not sure how she can file divorce after accepting one divorce in another state. Is it valid? Shall I approach Bangalore high court to set aside divorce and continue with my filed divorce? Need expert opinion and path forward.

Dear Sir, If your divorce petition is not allowed, it will be legal for your wife to file another divorce case during the pendency of divorce case filed by you. Since did not brought to the notice of the Court in Bengaluru about the pendency of divorce case so it passed expert decree. However you can challenge the same before the Bengaluru High Court.
