Ex Parte Divorce In Christian Family Law..

Hi I just want to know the advantages and disadvantages of ex parte divorce.... I want to know whether another court notice or summons will be issued to respondent by court ? as respondent not attended the court inspite of receiving the court notice before...I want to know how shd I take this forward....please guide....your answers will be helpful for me....
Service of notice proprly is sufficient under law. But in Bengaluru to avoid future unhealthy contentions sending notices tm2 or 3 times. If your advocate is impressive then it will be posted for your evidence placing her ex parte. Ultimately it will be decreed. If no stay is obtained within 90 days you can marry for second time put an to future litigations.
