You can appeal the Senior Citizen Tribunal's order under Section 16 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. File an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal within 60 days with valid grounds. Kindly share more details so the advice can be given more precisely.

1. Obtain a Copy of the Order – Get a certified copy of the tribunal's decision. 2. Review the Grounds for Appeal – Identify legal or factual errors in the order that justify an appeal. 3. File an Appeal in the Relevant Court – In most cases, appeals against Senior Citizen Tribunal orders can be filed in the High Court under writ jurisdiction (Article 226 of the Constitution of India) or in a designated appellate authority as per local laws. 4. Prepare a Strong Petition – Include facts, reasons for appeal, and relevant legal points. 5. Engage a Lawyer – A legal expert can help draft and present your case effectively. 6. Adhere to the Timeline – Appeals must be filed within a specific time, usually.
