Dowery given via bank transfer

We have given dowery to sister's husband by bank transfer before marriage. But they are not accepting instead they r saying that it was repayment of loan, which they had given earlier in cash.
What should we do.

just lodge a complaint before a women cell through your sister regarding the dowry..dont worry about your sisters husband false defence..it will not stand in court as loan given in cash much prior to marriage without any proof easily understandable as a baseless allegation/false defence

Don't give dowery demand because dowery is illegal. You can file the case against dowery demand and fir lodge against the person. Who demand the dowery. You can take the legal action against the dowery
