Doubts related Return of gold and cash along with property attachment

Sir if a recovery suit is filed for return of cash and gold along with property attachment ..how long does it takes for the court to attach the property ? And if attached can the opposite party file a case for removing the attachment before judgement?

The documents showing that gold and money are in the hands of opposite party, the property attachment will be granted immediately. the opposite party have no property his own name attachment will deny but we should file such petition. for more details contact me directly...
