If the behaviour of your in-laws is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV against them. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if your in laws are mentally torturing you, you can file a complaint under Protection of women under domestic violence Act, 2005, you can also approach commission for women. For further detailed discussion through consultation please feel free to contact me at any time.

I would advise you to amicably settle out the differences with your in laws failing which you have legal options to explore. In the first instance file an intallah peshbandi application with the concerned authorities through an advocate. Further you can file a complaint under domestic violence act

if you are asking for a mental help then it is advised to follow what the in laws are saying but if you are looking for legal help then you can go for injunction against your in laws and shift to the place where your husband is working. it is completely your take how you wish to pursue the case
