Done court marriage without my parents consent and now want divorce

I have done love marriage but not consent of parents and its hide in front of them but now i dont wamt to continue that marriage because i hadnot been lived with him a single day i want instant divorce

if you seek divorce then at least one year of marriage is required and if that has been done then the application can be filed in the court for divorce. if you wish to get the divorce prior to that then physical or mental cruelty is required to be proved. There is nothing called instant divorce unless the marriage is by Muslim act

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If you both are Hindus then you can’t take any instance divorce, if one year of marriage is completed then u can file mutual divorce process ‘ it will take few months to complete it Plz b in touch to discuss this matter
