Domestic violence from parents to sons. How to proceed ?

He there, m Rahul I have to ask you something plz let me know what to do, m 28 years and I used to drugs but from last 3 months I give up but now I have a brother and my mom in the family and my wife, but my mom and brother every time scared me for put me in rehabilitation center for 1-2 years and no one will listen and care me as they did before for 3 months so hardly I came out form there, how to get independent from them, I don't take drugs still I have scared every night in my heart they will put me in drug center it's bad then prison what should I do plz help me and tell me my laws, which form and application I should put to sleep good nights and be out of this tensions, plz tell me so I meet with lawyer also which one u suggestion me in ludhiana.
