Domestic violence fake family case

My brother has filled a divorce with his wife and in turn she has filled domestic violence against entire family in India. Myself wife and daughter(US citizen) is out of India and are planning to go for vacation in India. However we are worried she will file case against us as well.Is there a way we can travel back to USA if she puts case on us?

As you stay away from India it's not easy for her to file case against you and even if she does court will look into it and relive you and your family to travel to US their are number of cases in such false allegations where court allow individual to travel abroad
