Domestic violence by parents with her daughter, how can I help?

There is my friend name (age 17)who was my classmate. She approached me and ask me for some legal help. She told me..her parents use to keep her lock in one room...abuse her..slap her and many more. And she has no way to get out from those hell. When she try to cry or shout they shut her mouth with clothes. She wants to be a doctor, but her parents closed all those door which take her to pursue her dreams. I am clueless and helpless that how can I help her.

Any person has liberty to survive with peacefully in our constitiution.if violation of our fundaental right may uses habeus corpus writ file in high court for the wrongly detention.u should consult me through the proper of this channel.

There is domestic violence Act. You can take recourse og the same. Make a written complaint before the nearest police station and ask for help. If they failed to respond, contact a good lawyer and filed a complaint case.
