Hi Since Anticipatory bail is normally granted based on certain conditions such as Your in laws should visit the police station on a particular week day etc, it is mandatory that your husband and your in laws comply with anticipatory bail conditions failing which the bail will be cancelled. So police will continue their investigations on days so stipulated so by the bail conditions and will file the charge sheet. You can get a copy of bail order from concerned court by submitting a C.A application. Police is expected to file the charge sheet within 90 days from the date of their appearance. so you need to be a little patient till then.

Here you should know, in all dowry harassment cases/family matters involve, the police cannot arrest the husband or his relative, as you think. As the law has changed now. Moreover, the police can register case against your husband and inlaws and can investigate into the matter. There is no bar in such things. If the police is not registering the case you can approach their higher ups for remedy, or you can approach the court through a law. You may approach a lawyer engage him to seek the certified copy of bail order of AB, he would obtain the copy and hand it over to you.
