Domestic violance property issue torturing by phiscally and mentaly by

Hi myself is Drimel Roy from Kolkata. I live with my parents. Wheather my mother was pass away in 2009. My age was that time 27 years after that my father bring a incomplete divorce lady and stay in our house. At that time my age was 30. Now I am a married guy which is also arrange by my father. Now the lady is torturing us by it is not our house please stay outside or left the house. My father is also agree with her. Reason my wife does not pay the dowry. Nor we depend on them we just use the house for staying and arrange by our own money.they also started that if we want to stay here need to pay for that. I don't have lot of money to purchase new flat for stay at right now but they don't want to listen. They scaring us for police or torturing by mentaly and physically also.what we do now. Please suggest.

okk since that lady is mentally and physically torturing you and your wife so you both can file case against that lady as it is your property you have gull right on it no one can stop you from using that house...

i think you r saying that your are being tortured by the lady brought by your father. if that is so then you can approch your wife to file a case/complaint under dowry prevention act againest your father and that lady. this will do the job and you have the relevant grounds for the case. for further enqusry kindly contact me as and when requared.
