wheather a SDM has a right to order for vacant a house when a senior citizen widow lady file a complaint against their son and their wife and children and after passing order by one SDM, on transferring his job another SDM given them Stay and now he said that we have no right to order for Vacation the house

SDM has no such power as you have stated. as per my opinion you should file a civil suit for ejectment dont forget to mention the provisions of senior citizen act. you will definitely get the house vacated but it will take some time you have to be patient.
