Want to know the documents required to submit during the marriage and in case the man is already married and divorced is it possible to come to know during the marriage or is it mandatory to submit divorce papers.
If the person is divorced then he has to mention special in marriage registration form that he is divorced and he has to file copy of judgement court. Also you both will need your Id proof and residential proofs.
