I am Indian 23 year old male, i am working in central Africa malawi, i am in relationship with a Malwian girl since 2 yaer, now i want to get married Malawiann girl so i wanted to do it in india so which document required and how long it will take and how long shencan stay in india after getting marrage certificate? Please i am waiting for reply
Under special marriage act you can get it registered from marriage officer in any district you and girl have to give copy of birth and residence proof it will take one month time for registration with marriage officer In India

Hi you can apply it where your place of residence is in india u can go through marriage under special act and after applying the same you have to wait for 30 days in case of special marriage Act and after that your marriage can be done and you get the certificate too.
