Document submission to Mumbai Police

There is one page in my court marriage document which I need to submit to Mumbai police. Is that document compulsory to submit to Mumbai Police? Will police inform my parents about my marriage as I dont want now to inform to my parents?

Well, if it is written on that page of your Marriage Document, that, it is mandatory to submit to Mumbai Police, then, you have to. There lies no other option. No, Police won't inform your Parents about your Marriage. They do not have any legal rights to do such things.
