Do i need to attach divorce decree while applying for 2nd marriage?

If i decide to get married again do i need to attach divorce decree in that? Or can i still proceed to apply my second marriage as fresh? My first has been dissolved fully and i have all the documents in place but while applying for 2nd marriage i dont want to use that certificate.

You have to disclose your first marriage otherwise your second wife may take advantage of non-closure of first marriage and its divorce. At your risk you may avoid to disclose the first marriage and if no problem arise by the second marriage then you are safe.
