Divorce & pre marriage counseling,family problem

I am hindu,age 27,I am gay & I have erectile dysfunction,my family is forcing me to marry a girl,I am dependent financially on my family,can my wife sue me for fraud,is divorce easy to take,my family knows that I am gay,can my wife put me in jail,I don't want to marry a girl

Hello you have to give a clear picture and convey everything to the girl about to marry you. Yes, she can file a case against you for fraud and misrepresentation for the concealment of the fact which refers to fraud. yes, Divorce would be an option but definable it has to go through with several numbers of legal hurdles. plz contact me to discuss on it further Thanks
