Divorce pending since one year

Hi,This is Gopal. I filed for divorce on Jul'2018.Its been one year.My wife not attended for few hearings.And after attending to hearings,without suggestions or hearing judge used to postponed the case to next months.Every time judge postponing the dates.Can you please give suggestion what need to be done.

hi Gopal this is Nag Milan fast today I gone through your query about I was because there was Grand only to the separation period between wife and husband is 2 years separation, but you don't have mentioned the marriage date. and separated date. so, consult my cellphone number.

Obtain the status of case as to whether summons are served or not. Thereafter, we can seek an exparte order against her. Since family courts are loaded with cases they grant adjournment. Consult for further details and required documentation.
