Sir i and my wife got married 2017 augst and we had a baby in jan 2020 and my wife is suffering from cancer grade 2 diffuse astro cyto glioma of Brian Tumor since 2019 detected during her pregnancy and I have a baby girl I got treated her with 2brain surgery and grade of tumor increased to grade3 and I made treated here radiation and chemotherapy till November 2022 and she went her home from then she stoped talking to me and showing baby also to me and not giving divorce also now what shall I d

hi you could file restitution of conjugal rights petition in court seeking to come back to marital life and if you want to file divorce you could file it on the grounds of physical and mental cruelty in court if she is not ready to give divorce
