Divorce issues - domestic voilance , ane cheating

We have given hold to the groom at the wedding. Now I do not wish to live with the person as he is harassing me . He drinks everyday harasses me abuses me. He also has illegall affairs. Now I want to get seperated with him and love my life peacefully. Tjey are not returning the gold which have given to them. Please advice and help

hi if you want to get separated from your husband then you could file divorce petition on grounds of cruelty or petition for judicill separation and also for domestic violence petition in court seeking compensation and for return of gold articles

you can file for divorce on cruelty grounds. Demand return of your gold (Streedhan) under IPC 406. File a domestic violence case & seek protection. Claim maintenance under Sec 125 CrPC. Need help drafting?
