Divorce done with mutual understanding but he break the promises which is the mentioned in MOU what to to please advice nCan I take help of court in this case

hi if the conditions in the MOU are not fulfilled by the parties after the process of mutual divorce then you could file a petition for civil contempt and also for asking to punish him for wilful disobedeince of the order

you need to file a suit for cancellation of that divorce decree but first you need to tell me did you receive any benefits under divorce case in that case we will have to change our plea please call me so that i can help you
