Divorce consultation I am a girl married in 2021 and facing issues

Hi I got married in 2021 but there is a lack of communication and I can't say anything as if I am even cracking jokes he will take them into negative ways.There are lots of other reasons also I feel trapped

You can file divorce if you wish to get separated from your husband . If your husband and in-laws have tortured you, then you can file a police complaint against them. You need to took a decision and move ahead in your life.

Dear Client, first you read the mind of your husband that what he wants. If he is also not willing to live with u then u can talk with him for taking the decree of divorce by mutual consent otherwise you can file petition for taking divorce alone. I suggest first you think from cool mind then after take step firmly.

If you don’t feel like living with your husband you can proceed for divorce. Before that you can go for counselling as well with husband in court wherein you can sit with a counsellor and resolve your issues and if that doesn’t happen then you can opt for divorce, contested or with mutual consent.
