Divorce and wants to getcustody of my kids

I am nri and living in Australia and facing joint family issue where I am forced to live in with my in-laws and where there is no welcoming environment and I am being mentally harrassed and don’t want to live in joint family but want the custody of my kids… my husband is not supportive when it comes to joint family issues and does not want to hear me please suggest me what to do

Weather to take divorce or not it's would be your own decision if you have prepared your mind to get divorce then you can file a case and in general cases the custody of child is granted to mother. For any other assistance you can book appointment
