As the general rule the wife is also entitled to a share in the property of the husband but if he dies with a will then wife can always challenge that will within 12 years. You just need to prove that the will that is registered is not the authentic one. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If divorce is not finalised and the husband died then the wife remains the wife only and would have rights over the assets of the husband after his death. However if there is a Will created by the husband then the Will can be executed accordingly. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

if there is a will then the property will be transferred in accordance with the document. after the father only the mother is alive then by the rule of survivorship you will be the guardian of the child and you can take care of the property in the time the boy attains the 25 years of age full stop if there is any specific clause with respect to the selling of the property then you can sell of the property before he attains the age of 25 for the benefit of the minor for that will have to be perused
