division of property between step son and mother

hindu. my father had 1son from 1st wife and wife died after an year from the marriage. after that he remarried and had 1 son and 2 daughter from 2nd wife. first son got married and is living seperately while 2 daughters also are married and 2nd son is stiil unmarried. Now the father recently passed away and so the step son from first mother is asking for division of property and money so how will be money be divided in what ratio?

dear client, there are many things that which is not included in the query as I can only say he is equally entitled of the share in property but if your father has given the nominee name in bank or some other documents then it will be considered it would be better if you can apply for succession certificate rest can contact me with relevant documents.
