19-Mar-2023 (In Family Law)
I want to distribute my all property between my two sons. My Younger son, R is a teacher in govt. School And elder,M is a farmer, who cultivate Rice in all my land. Every year M gives Rice to R for eating and sells remain (keep money for his own). I didn't distributed my property till now. This year we sold some land to a company who will make solar plant on that. In that land M planted Mango plant two years ago with help of govt. Therefore the company give us more amount for that. Now how should I distribute the money (received from the company) between my sons. If I give half amount to each, Is that will good for M As we got more money only for his development in that land. The excess amount you received from company is M 's contribution so he should get it .regarding sale proceeds of the land ,it has to be decided into 4 parts one for you , one for yr wife and one each for yr 2 sons provided you have no daughters .you and your wife can gift your portion to yr sons or grandsons as you like .if it's ancestral ,grand sons have a share .
