Disputes with brothers(Family dispute with other brothers and father)

My father is on his last stage of life almost. My eldest brother is trying to play devide and rule policy and is creating huge disputes within other brothers. He provoked my youngest brother to use all possible galis and bad words, threat to me. Whatever he has used against me , I have voice record and snapshots Now I feel very humiliated and disturbed. Now I feel I should teach him a lesson before I cut all relations with them. Also I want to save my father property from disproportionate distribution excluding me.

You can proceed aginst your brother depending on the exact nature of humiliation and disturbance caused by him. you cannot do much unless your father agree to either distribute property by will or gift or die without a will. in case he makes a will then the will takes effect after his days are over. if you wish to challenge the will then you must start gathering evidence of the undue influence that your brother has over your father. how long your father has been under this influence etc etc. those will help you later. do not stress much and stay calm. do not panic. in case you need more advice contact me.
