Disclaim Inheritance from parents
24-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
I would like to disclaim any & all inheritance/assets from my parents. I need advice on how to create a contract/binding to make this official?
You can execute a deed of release stating that any rights that you inherit from your parents will not anymore come to you as you have released your rights that you will not claim anything from them. However when there is no other legal heir to your parents automatically you will be shown as the legal heir and the property devolved to you after them. In such case you may release the rights to the next legal heir whom I bet it maybe.
